Great news; our fellow member, Nazama Tague has gone full steam ahead in lockdown #2 and set up an online yoga class!
As a member of Sodbury and Yate Business Association, you will receive an email on 17 November with your SYBA member code and instructions on how to book your class for free, thanks to Nazama’s generous member offer.
There are three class types to try:
- Gentle Yoga – Ideal for lower back issues and a low impact workout
- Flow-in Yoga – stretching and strengthening in a mindful way
- Calm-in Yoga (with an optional meditation) – promotes letting go of stress and sleeping well
All classes are great if you feel stiff as a board, can’t touch your toes, stressed, overwhelmed, have trouble sleeping, live with back or neck pain, or just generally feel tired and lacking in energy.
About Nazama
Nazama, the founder of Yoga-in, has been teaching yoga for over 7 years. This has ranged from public classes to school visits, charities and workplaces. In that time she has seen over 2,000 people.
Originally trained as a Yoga teacher, Nazama has since trained in meditation and mindfulness, Childrens and teen yoga, Yoga for Mental Wellbeing, Foundation in Ayurveda and is a Healthy Back Care Instructor. She’s also a support tutor, training new yoga teachers.
Inspired by traditional and modern teachings, Nazama offers an understanding of mindful yoga beyond just forming postures. It’s about re-balancing all the many layers of our being – our body, breath, emotions, thoughts and self.
