Why we would love you to support our Annual Business Breakfast
The Business Breakfast gives local business owners and SYBA members the chance to meet and talk with new business associates in an informal and welcoming environment. You’ll be able to introduce your business to other attendees and enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared for us by Ryan and the team at The Buthay in Wickwar. By joining us you will not only get the opportunity to hear our keynote speaker and network with other fantastic local business, but you will also be supporting YOSC, a registered charity run by volunteers, that provides important sports facilities to the wider community.
Our keynote speaker
We are delighted to welcome Heather Cowper, Digital Marketing Consultant, as our keynote speaker. Heather will be giving you tips and advice on how to raise awareness of your business by collaborating with local bloggers and influencers.
About Heather Cowper
Heather organises blogger events in Bristol and the South West and gives advice to businesses on how to work effectively with bloggers. Her successful travel blog https://www.heatheronhertravels.com regularly appears on the lists of top 50 travel blogs worldwide, with 35,000 visitors per month to her website and 40,000 followers across her social media channels. She is founder of the Bristol Bloggers and Influencers community, co-founder of Bristol Travel Massive group and blogger campaign manager at http://travelatormedia.com.
Heather recently organised a very successful publicity campaign with local bloggers for the SS Great Britain launch of Being Brunel.

Event timings and location
Registration and coffee from 7.20am – 7.30am at The Buthay, Wickwar – just 10 minutes drive from J14 on the M5 (entrance via the side door). The event will end at 9.30am. There will be a chance to informally network with other attendees until 10am. There is free parking at the venue.
Price
The event is just £16 per person (+ Eventbrite fee) which includes tea, coffee, orange juice, Danish pastries on arrival and a full English breakfast (vegetarian option available). Places are limited to 35, so please book today to avoid disappointment. Sodbury and Yate Business Association is a non-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting local businesses and therefore all proceeds made from this event will go to our charity of the year, Yate Outdoor Sports Complex (YOSC).
