Rebecca Adams – Creative Coaching / Writing for Wellbeing

Writing for Wellbeing & Creativity – Writing Retreats, Spain

Creativity Coaching for Writers

Do you have the idea, the tools, the skills and the time to write, but find you still aren’t writing?  Whether you write fiction or non-fiction, it’s not always easy to draw out and nurture the writer within. You may think you don’t know how or where to start, how to keep motivated or wonder whether your writing is any good or if anyone will want to read it. If this resonates with you, join us on a workshop where you’ll meet like-minded writers in a safe environment that will enhance and encourage your own creativity.

Writing for Wellbeing and Creativity for Organisations

Rebecca runs workshops that create a safe space for people to explore emotions, creativity and wellbeing whilst fostering an environment of self-awareness. If your organisation is interested in how writing can be used as a tool to enhance creativity, work through stress and anxiety or support general wellbeing,  in your workplace, please contact Rebecca for more information.

Workshops and events include:

• Creative Writing and Mindfulness – exploring the barriers to writing and how to overcome them
• Creative Writing for Wellbeing
• Introduction to Blogging
• Writing retreats and writer’s residency in Spain
