We ask you lots of questions about your health, family, life, values, hobbies, hopes and dreams. If you want to proceed we agree fixed fees and then review each of your policies in depth, before advising on the most appropriate action on each. Employers are encouraged to offer a flexible salary and benefits package so that their staff can choose how to increase their own retirement provision.

This may involve a sale and lease back of their commercial property to their pension scheme, or using their pension scheme to purchase premises for business expansion. These clients pay for ongoing support and advice for a fixed monthly fee. This includes unlimited contact by email, phone, Skype and post; an agreed number of face to face meetings; a sounding board for ideas; full liaison with their other professional advisers.
