Marshfield Bakery was started in 1984 by Paul and Lynne White in their farmhouse kitchen in Marshfield, a small village on the Cotswold Way that would come to influence the products made by the couple and their employees.
Now in our 30th year, we currently manufacture over fifteen different flavours across shortbread and flapjack products, a range of loaf cakes, sponges, brownies and a range of biscuits influenced by the local Cotswold area.
With just under fifty employees, Marshfield Bakery has expanded significantly since its humble beginnings but still retains its family values and a grade ‘A’ BRC accreditation. Due to the expansion of the business we are now able to run an exciting, rolling new product development program, aimed at opening opportunities in new markets as well as to refresh our branded range. We are able to produce private label or bespoke recipe products and pride ourselves in our flexibility to meet the needs of our customers, but always with full attention to meeting detailed quality standards.
