Creative Wellbeing South West is a collaborative project run by Creative Writing for Wellbeing Practitioner, Rebecca Adams, and Mindfulness Practitioner, Suzanne Lloyd.
Experienced, versatile teachers and course designers with post graduate certificates in education, they have been teaching and inspiring adults through local authority organisations, universities, charities and training companies for over 15 years.
Intuitively weaving together techniques from coaching, education and Mindfulness, they provide workshops and courses with a focus on wellbeing and creativity in a warm and inspiring environment.
After attending their courses, participants have reported:
- an improvement in general wellbeing
- better relationships with others
- writing for pure enjoyment
- gaining clarity
- learning about their creative self
- gaining confidence as a writer
- feeling calmer, happier and more confident
Here’s what their clients say about their courses:
